Vintage Antique 17" Round Braided Rag Rug Seat Cover Trivet Table Mat Amish Made

Up for sale is a vintage antique Amish made polyester braided rag rug 17" seat cover or trivet or table placemat recently found at auction in Lancaster County PA.  Nice assortment of 3 color braids sewn together in a circle.  Will need some tacking prior to washing and use.  Once sewn up these can go in the washer and dryer on delicate cycle.  Easy tacking but this was sewn by an experienced sewer where you do not see a difference between top and bottom, stitches hidden in the middle.
Worthy sewing project.  Very nice example.  These make great seat covers or table center mats.  Great under lamps etc or cute rug in front of a tiny sink.  Not exactly round but approx 17" all the way around.
