If you live out of state and come to our warehouse to pick up your item we have to charge 10.25% sales tax.
If you live out of state and have the item shipped via freight we do not have to charge sales tax.

Shipping / Pick Up
We do our best to work with out of state buyers who would like their item shipped.  However, we do not make shipping arrangements or give quotes for shipping.
WE DO NOT PALLETIZE GAMES - We do have local sources for shipping your game and can refer you to them if needed.
If you would like to pick up the item from our warehouse, we are located on the North side of Chicago.
Pick up is available Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM ONLY!
Pick up arrangements need to be scheduled with our office
We require at the minimum 24 hours prior notice to pick up.
For 0.00, we can drop the items off for you within a 25 mile radius of the 60618 zip code.

We offer free phone support in case a service issue ever arises with your game. If you are located within the Chicagoland area, a technician visit can be arranged for a fee.
We require contact from the winning bidder within 48 hours of the auctions end to confirm your winning bid. We also require the item be removed from our warehouse within 14 days of the auctions end.
