    Description

    MANIFESTAZIONE FILATELICA - MILANO 1947
Milano's First post-war "Industrial Philatelic" Exposition
held on 25 May 1947 at C.R.A.L. of Montecatini HQ.
Well kept Postcard sent by renowned Milano Philatelist Gogliardo Grassi and well maintained by his Philatelist friend Victor Perantoni.  Well-adhered stamps with clear postmarks.
The postcard has varied stamps that commemorate the early post-war era, including the Republic's new 'Torch of Light' and the 'Republic of Amalfi' commemorative and also an earlier version of 'La Lupa Capitolina".
Gogliardo addressed it to Victor's first-born son, Roberto.
