This listing is for an arcade NFL Blitz PCB with hard drive. The PCB boots and the game loads with no issues, but the board is being sold as untested and as-is due to the monitor on the arcade cabinet being out altogether. You can hear the game playing in the background and working well. The board is clean and I have attached a picture of the status LEDs that shows the game booting.
