RETURNS

Returns are offered free of charge for issues where HighZer0 Electronics is responsible (damaged, faulty, dead-on-arrival (DOA), wrong item).
If you have simply changed your mind, or for issues where HighZer0 Electronics is not at fault, then you may be responsible for the return shipping costs (we suggest using a
traceable
method).
A restocking fee of 15% may apply for these type of orders. Additionally, a
ll items will be tested upon return and inspected for damage.
If the return is damaged or the return reason was misrepresented, you may be responsible for repair costs, return shipping and/or the restocking fee.

by sending us an email or message through eBay. Once a return or exchange is requested, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and supply a prepaid shipping label.
RMAs and prepaid labels are only valid for 21 calendar days from issue! If you need to request a new label, you may do so by requesting a new return/exchange if still within the return window.
