riginal vintage pre-owned Gott mit Dir, Du Land der Bayern Coat of Arms from 1835 to 1918 Lidded Porcelain Stein.
This is from an estate collection. It features the first line of the Bavarian Anthem, along with the pre-WWI Bavarian coat of arms.
The German Words “Gott mit dir, du Land der Bayern” translated means God be with you, O land of the Bavarians (the first line of the Bavarian national anthem).
The 1835 - 1918
indicates the years the Bavarians Coat of Arms was used before being changed.
In great condition with no cracks or crazing.  The Pewter Lid has pitting and minor scratches from use or storage.
Has one minor rub of the gold ring near the top of the stein (see picture).

.5L Beer Stein.  Measures 7 3/8" tall and diameter of the base is 4 3/8".
Inside of the lid has "Domex 95% Zinn" which means pewter.
A hard-to-find, beautiful well-made beer stein!
