Games 3D 2448 Arcade board | for parts no wires/cords *not working* please read

Games 3D Motherboard 2448
Specifically it is the "games 3D+" 2448 in 1 version
No wifi or download available on this version
*Arcade board only* the cords/wires pictured or screws holding it in the case it came in will not be included, case/arcade stick will also not be included.
This will include the cooling fan, external storage, and any chips or external ports that are attached.
***Item is not working properly details below***
After using it several times it crashed while opening a game, it took longer and longer to start and kept crashing more frequently, until after just several hours of use it would no longer load the main main anymore, it now crashes on the opening logo.
I don't have technical knowledge about circuit board hardware or components and have no idea what the problem is, I included pictures all taken after it stopped working.
It can still power on, the cooling fan still functions properly and all the connectors for video and sound still seem to work, may just need re-soldering or power input might be failing but I don't know.
This is being sold as is for parts, it may or may not be repairable or may have parts that can be removed and salvaged, since it is already broken returns/refunds will not be available for this, buy at your own risk and please do research to see if it is worth purchasing to you, if you want to use it for an arcade case/housing make sure the external ports will fit.
