Chinese Chop Foo Dog Seal Dragon Red Ink Soapstone? Guilin Binjiang Craft School

This is a Chinese Chop of what I believe to be a Chinese Foo Dog made of soapstone.
Condition
: The Foo Dog has been used, (has red ink on the seal on its bottom) but otherwise is in great shape! The box has wear, and one of its red ties has stains on it. On the inside some of the red cushion is fraying. The ink has clearly been used (there is an imprint in it) and I am not sure whether it is dry or not. See pictures for condition details.
