Atari POLE POSITION Arcade Cockpit - in NY - Rare Sitdown Classic Video Game

You are buying a factory original Atari Pole Position Cockpit arcade video game made in 1982.  The real thing.  These are getting hard to find in any condition.
This game operated for decades at the historic Rye Playland Amusement Park arcades in New York.
If you are within driving distance of Rye, NY 10580 you can pick up the machine.  If you cannot pick it up we will release it (as is, uncrated) to a shipping company if the buyer makes all shipping arrangements.
We cannot provide shipping quotes, but Beltmann Logistics is a national freight company with a division dedicated to coin operated machines - to get a quote just search their name online (eBay will not allow us to provide their contact info).
The game boots and plays as it should.  There is an intermittent sound issue where at times the game still plays properly, but some of the sounds have static.  This comes and goes - at other times the sounds are 100% perfect.
See photos for cosmetic condition.  There are scrapes, chips and wear from use.
The CRT monitor has some screen burn but it still displays a nice picture.
Comes with factory original manual, quarter coin mechanisms, factory original coin box, back door lock with key and 2 security bars on the front doors.
Game is on wheels and at street level - no steps to go up/down.  The buyer is responsible for ensuring that there will be a sufficient number of strong people present to load the machine onto the vehicle when it is picked up.  We will not be able to assist with loading.
Buyer is welcome to test the game at time of pickup to verify working condition.  After the game leaves our location there is no warranty.  Vintage electronics like this are fragile.  Buyer assumes all risk of shipping damage and/or issues after pickup.  No returns.
