Exporters:

We ensure the warranty of the item to address that we shipped to - and have packaged the item for delivery to a United States address. We absolutely do not support freight forwarders. If you purchase an item, and it is shipped to you via freight forwarder, we cannot refund the item until we receive the item back. We also cannot do a partial refund on an order that is exported out. If you export your purchase, it limits our ability to help if there are problems.

Common compatibility issues:
Motherboards and Processors
- please make sure the BIOS revision supports the CPU you're intending to use. Just because it fits in the socket doesn't always guarantee compatibility, so check before you buy. :)
Motherboards and RAM/Memory
- please ensure that your motherboard and RAM have the correct timings/speeds before ordering.
ECC RAM and Motherboards
- Remember, ECC RAM means that this is only compatible with SERVER motherboards and the ocassional consumer grade motherboard.
Video Cards and Power Supplies
- Another common issue is that some video cards may require high wattage or special 6 pin / 8 pin connectors. Check your power supply and make sure the 12v rails are able to supply enough power.
M.2 SSD and Motherboards
- Please make sure if you buy an M.2 Drive, it's exactly what you need. There are M.2 SATA bus (usually has 2 notches on the connector) drives, and M.2 NVME (PCI Express bus, which usually have 1 notch on the connector). These both use different technologies, so check with your Motherboard first.
Laptop Screens -
Many laptop screens may have the same 30 pin or 40 connector, but may not be the exact resolution as the screen you're looking to replace! Even more confusing, some 40 pin screens on thin/newer style screens will not work/cause damage on older 40 pin plug styles! Triple check this, before you have problems.
Sometimes if a screen is too high of a resolution (1920x1080) and your original laptop had a screen resolution of (1366x768)  - it may display weird artifacts, but work perfectly fine in another laptop. This is because the laptop and screen aren't able to output the resolution (just because the plug fits doesn't make it compatible)
DDR3L and DDR3 -
Most of the time, DDR3L will work in DDR3 systems. One exception is 1st Gen Intel Core-i Series. DDR3L will not work in most (90%) of 1st Gen Laptop and Desktop motherboards.
