Vehicle Details
Beautiful 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 door hardtop that has had a total frame off restoration. Every part on this car has been restored, rebuilt or replaced resulting in a stunning example of an American icon. The original 265 cubic inch V8 has been professionally rebuilt to basically stock specifications with some upgrades that makes this car run great. In addition to being balanced the motor has a roller cam and roller rockers. The motor runs smoothly and has been dyno tuned. The original powerglide automatic transmission and rear axle have been completely rebuilt. The frame is powder coated as are many other parts such as inner fender panels,radiator support and more. The body was stripped to bare metal and covered with epoxy primer before it received the beautiful Nassau blue and white paint. New radial white wall tires and NOS factory hubcaps. All of the chrome has been redone. The gas tank is new and made of stainless steel. The entire exhaust system from the stock manifolds back to the custom tips is new and made of stainless steel. The instrument cluster and power steering system were completely restored. The car has a complete new factory upholstery kit installed and there is a modern radio that looks stock.
