My shipping charges are always only what I have to pay.  I ship mostly in bubble mailers with coins well secured in safe-t-mailers and with an invoice included in the package.  I am occasionally able to offer free shipping.  If I were to offer free shipping I would have to raise my prices accordingly.  I feel a fair priced coin with reasonable shipping is appreciated (advertisers in numismatic publications commonly charge or flat fee for any size order).  I will combine shipping.
